We will do everything in our power to assist you but, if for some reason we feel we can not meet your addiction treatment needs, we will work with you to identify an effective drug rehab or alcohol treatment program that can. Before going any farther, we want you to know that any information you share with us will be held in the strictest of confidence.
Our Drug Rehab Program and Intake
The admission staff at our drug rehab program is trained to help guide you through our pre-admission and admission process and is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Please rest assured that any conversations we have with you will be held in the strictest of confidence. Admission to our drug rehab program begins with a brief screening that can be completed over the phone and includes demographic, insurance, and clinical information. At this point we are looking to determine clinical appropriateness for our drug and alcohol rehab program. During this time we may also gather insurance information to determine to what extent your health insurance will cover your stay in drug rehab. Our drug treatment program does accept third party reimbursement. As an out of network addiction treatment provider we will contact the insurance carrier and provide you with accurate information pertaining to your coverage.
Does your drug treatment program accept Medicare or Medicaid?
Stepping Stone’s drug rehab is a private drug rehabilitation facility and is not contracted with any government agencies. Please contact state and local governments for a list of a Medicare / Medicaid drug rehabilitation facilities or mental health centers.
Does your drug addiction treatment center offer payment plans?
In some cases, our drug addiction treatment program will accept a limited payment plan. This will depend upon a number of factors that must be discussed with the financial department at the rehab center.
Can I pay for alcohol rehab with a credit card?
Yes, our alcohol rehab accepts most major credit cards.
Is smoking and tobacco use permitted in your alcohol rehab center?
As a drug addiction treatment facility, the use of tobacco is discouraged We will assist you with smoking cessation as part of your rehab program. We do allow tobacco use during breaks in designated areas of our rehab center.
If I have special dietary needs can your alcohol treatment program accommodate me?
Prior to admission to our drug addiction treatment facility, please make us aware of your dietary needs. In most cases, our nutritionist will be able to help you.
Is drug detox and alcohol detox included in the treatment cost?
As one of the premier drug rehabs in the nation, drug and alcohol detox is provided and is included in the overall cost for drug and alcohol rehab.
Can I bring my laptop and cell phone to drug and alcohol treatment?
No. Our goal is to have you fully involved in the drug rehab program without outside distraction. There are computers available for internet and email access.
