For Family

If you have a family member or loved one that is struggling with addiction, there are many ways to help. From staging an intervention, to finding a treatment center, to finding help for yourself, you can take a proactive role in their recovery.

Always remember, you are dealing with a sick and suffering individual, and most of the terrible things they do while drinking or using drugs are not really who they are. Breaking the chains of addiction can be difficult to do alone. Detox from certain substances in one’s home can be life-threatening. Help is available for both the family and the addict or alcoholic.

At Stepping Stone, we are dedicated to seeing everyone in the family recover.

Family Program
A four-day program, included in every patient’s treatment, which brings the family to our facility for therapy and education.

TESTIMONIALS

I know you will never believe it but it has been ten and a half months since I finished treatment and am still in recovery. I know you will say it may be more of a miracle that I finished rehab being that I was about as resistant a patient can be, but I am making it one day at a time. Special thanks to Robert.

-- Terrance G, Morristown, New Jersey

My life was a shambles, my husband wanted a divorce and my children wouldn't speak with me. I felt hopeless until we all got together for family treatment. While we all have some hills to climb, my recovery is solid. Who would have thought, 476 days sober. Love to all.

-- Patti P, Atlanta, Georgia

You guys were right when you told me to get right into meetings. They have kept me clean and sober and I have made a lot of good friends. Thanks for bringing meetings into rehab.
