Therapeutic Recreation at Our Drug Rehabilitation Center
A key element of the Stepping Stone program is in its treatment of the whole person, in body, mind and spirit. One way this is done is through recreation. Our drug rehabilitation center experience includes the use of nautilus machines and other gym equipment. A recreational therapist creates personalized activity plans for each patient in an effort to augment their recovery with physical fitness..

The Drug Rehabilitation Center Recovery Apartments
Stepping Stone's drug rehabilitation center has its own recovery apartments to further enhance our drug rehabilitation center programs. Research has shown that the more comprehensive a continuum of care is the greater a person's chances become to achieve a full recovery. Our apartments are the final piece to a full drug and alcohol rehabilitation experience and one most other drug rehabilitation centers do not provide. The apartments are located just a mile from our rehab program. This will allow for our patient's last days in the drug rehabilitation center program to resemble their first days at home. The recovery apartments are specifically for our drug rehabilitation center patients. The staff is on the premises 24/7.
The Drug Rehabilitation Program Specialty Services
We have designated particular buildings for specific drug rehabilitation center services. They include the substance abuse treatment center and the drug and alcohol detox center. By having a drug detox program in its own setting on campus, it allows our nurses to give special care to the patients in detox and not be diverted by those in drug rehab. Our drug rehabilitation center program, partial hospitalization addiction treatment program and outpatient addiction treatment program also have designated areas.
