• Previous addiction recovery programs

Our Addiction Recovery Program's Discharge Process

We all know that the work a patient does while in an addiction recovery program is the beginning of building a foundation for their recovery. Without this commitment to addiction recovery, relapse is almost certain. What many people don't understand is that the discharge plan is just as important for the person completing treatment. The addiction recovery program's discharge plan, formulated over the duration of the program, provides each patient with guidance and resources, as well as goals and objectives to meet in an effort to keep the individual focused on their recovery. Discharge plans should not be altered without speaking the addiction recovery program's staff or another qualified professional.
