Accreditation

Stepping Stone Addiction Treatment Center is accredited by The Joint Commission

Accreditation is an important factor to look for in any addiction treatment center. Those that have earned healthcare accreditation are far superior in that the facilities are held to the highest standards of healthcare providers and treatment methods.

Thanks to our exceptional staff and addiction treatment services, Stepping Stone Center for Recovery has earned the Joint Commission's Gold Seal of Approvalâ„¢. The Joint Commission is a standard-bearer in substance abuse treatment, which assures the consumer that our addiction treatment center has achieved and continually maintains clinical and professional practices that are superior in the field of drug addiction treatment, alcohol rehabilitation and dual diagnosis treatment.

How Accreditation Affects the Medical Staff at Our Addiction Treatment Center

The physicians that oversee the services in our addiction treatment center are thoroughly trained in the area of addiction medicine. Board-certified in internal and family medicine, our medical director continued on to become A.S.A.M. certified in drug addiction treatment. A.S.A.M. stands for the American Society of Addiction Medicine, and any physician working as a medical director of an addiction treatment program should have this certification.

TESTIMONIALS

I know you will never believe it but it has been ten and a half months since I finished treatment and am still in recovery. I know you will say it may be more of a miracle that I finished rehab being that I was about as resistant a patient can be, but I am making it one day at a time. Special thanks to Robert.

-- Terrance G, Morristown, New Jersey

This is to my therapist Bobby, who never gave up on me. I could never have made it through rehab without your patience. You taught me that I am worth it.

-- Bryan, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

My life was a shambles, my husband wanted a divorce and my children wouldn't speak with me. I felt hopeless until we all got together for family treatment. While we all have some hills to climb, my recovery is solid. Who would have thought, 476 days sober. Love to all.

-- Patti P, Atlanta, Georgia

You guys were right when you told me to get right into meetings. They have kept me clean and sober and I have made a lot of good friends. Thanks for bringing meetings into rehab.
